Kathmandu: – CPN-UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli has formed a standing committee of the party in which Bamdev Gautam has also been included.

For the standing committee, KP Sharma Oli, Bamdev Gautam, Ishwar Pokharel, Ram Bahadur Thapa Badal, Bishnu Prasad Paudel, Kiran Gurung, Subash Nemwang, Pradeep Gyawali, Prithvi Subba Gurung, Shankar Pokhrel, Top Bahadur Rayamajhi, Lekhraj Bhatt, Satyanarayana Mandal, Mani Thapa, Vishnu Rimal, Chhabilal Bishwakarma, Raghuvir Mahaseth, Keshab Badal and Pushparaj Kandel have been selected.

Whereas, Jhala Nath Khanal and Madhav Kumar Nepal have been excluded from the committee.

The standing committee formed from the ninth general convention of the CPN-UML was rejected in the last meeting held on Phalgun-28.
