Presidential Running Shield Competition to be held in Hetauda

Makawanpur: – The Presidential Running Shield District Competition will be held in Hetauda, ​​Makawanpur from today at Hetauda-4, Huprachaur.

According to the Makawanpur District Sports Development Committee, players from the municipality level have started coming to Hetauda as all the 10 local levels of the district have been selected for the running shield.

The competition will feature volleyball, athletics, kabaddi, sitario, Karrate, taekwondo and usu. The committee has stated that the game of martial arts has been completed to speed up many competitions due to Covid-19

Rimesh Adhikari of Chandoya Secondary and Pasang Thing of Ratna Jyoti Secondary of Kailash Gaupalika scored first and second respectively in the 48 kg weight category of Taekwondo on Saturday.
