Health worker of Hetauda Hospital injured in an attack
Makawanpur: – Samridhi Shrestha, health worker working at ‘Madan Bhandari Memorial Hetauda Hospital’ has been attacked by the relatives of patients. Hospital informed that Shrestha has been injured after she was attacked by the relatives of patients.
Last night, a person who was injured in the accident was brought to Hetauda Hospital for treatment. Chairman of Hospital Management Committee has said that the relative of the patient attackd on Shrestha saying that there was no stretcher to take the patient to the emergency. He also said he filed a complaint against this.
“They came on car looking for a stretcher to bring the patient to the emergency room but as soon as they could not get the stretcher they attacked on Shrestha and got injury in the leg” said Prasai. Shrestha was working for training after the study. It is understood that Shrestha has been attacked after a general dispute. The patient had taken to the Chure Hill hospital of Hetauda-11 and treatment has been carried out.
Hetauda Hospital has requested the District Police Office, Makawanpur to take action against them. He also said that the preparations were being made to make a written complaint at the police today, including CCTV Footage and Evidence.
