Makawanpur:- Two candidates have registered their nomination for the post of president of the Federation of Nepali Journalists, Makawanpur.

Bal Krishna Adhikari and Maniraj Gautam have registered their candidacies for the post of president of FNJ-Makawanpur. Gautam and Adhikari registered their candidacies at the Makawanpur branch of the Federation of Nepali Journalists today.

Similarly, Dhurba Prasad Adhikari and Rajan Dahal have registered their candidacies for the post of vice-president.

Samjhana Rijal and Sarala Adhikari have registered their candidacies for the post of women vice-president while Ram Sharan Dulal and Shubhalakshmi Bishwakarma and Indra Bahadur (Ramesh) Banjara have registered their candidacies for the post of secretary.

Mandira Baniya (Manbi) and Rupkaraj Kaliraj have been nominated for the post of joint secretary inclusive, while Kapil Khadka, Devraj Pant, Yam Prasad Paudel (AP Sharma) and Raj Sapkota have been nominated for the open category.

Keshav Samarpan Subedi and Tilak Adhikari have been nominated for the post of treasurer.

Pratiksha Neupane and Rupa Gurung have registered their candidacies on the women’s side membership while Shanti Sunar has registered her candidature for the membership on the Dalit side.

Also, for the member of Janajati except Ajita Nagarkoti, Nawaraj Waiba and of Madhesi Aditya Karna, no one has registered their candidacies.

As many as 17 candidates have filed nominations for the open party so 17 candidates are competing for the six posts which includes Arjun Sanjel, Ashesh Dhungana, Ujjwal Adhikari, Jibraj Bakhrel, Dil Bahadur Lama, Nanimaya Sapkota (Gautam), Pradip Adhikari, Pramod Aryal, Premkala Paudel (Priya), Balram Pudasaini, Revati Prasad Timalsina (Navin), Vijay Poudel, Shyamlal. (Ganesh) Dulal, Suman Dahal, Sushan Lamichhane, Shrijana Nepal and Homnath Yadav Chaulagain.

In other hand, for the State Council Member (Open) Kaishal Pandey, Ganesh Darpan Adhikari, Chhabilal Shrestha, Vishwaram Adhikari (Vivas), Ravindra Gautam, Shiv Chaulagai, Sujan Dhakal, Sunil Shivakoti, State Council Women Anjali Thapa, Aarti Dhakal, Bhavana Rijal, Amar Lama on behalf of Adibasi Janajati. , Ashok Sujan Shrestha, Ranjita Dangol and Roshan Shrestha have given their candidacies.

Only Krishna Ram Pariyar has been nominated for the Dalit Kota from the state council while no one has been nominated for the Madhesi council.

Similarly, only Bhanubhakta Acharya, Rajan (Khusraj) Dahal, Ram Kumar Allen, Repesh Dahal, Nanimaiya Bista and Sarita Dahal have been nominated as Central Council members (open), while Surwan Lal Shrestha has been nominated as (Indigenous Tribes).
