Makawanpur: – In the 8 months of the current fiscal year, about 44 people have been killed in road accident in Makawanpur district. According to the District Traffic Police Office, Makawanpur, 44 people have been killed in 174 road accidents over the district from Shrawan to Phalgun of the current fiscal year.

Out of 44 people, 37 were men, 3 women and 3 children who have been killed in the road accident.

Similarly, the highest number of deaths in road accident was in Ashoj, in which 13 were killed in 35 road accidents whereas, 7 killed in Shrawan, 3 in Kartik, 4 in Mangsir, 3 in Poush, 5 in Magh and 9 in Phalgun have been killed.

According to the information provided, no one was killed in the accident.
