Makawanpur: –In the upcoming election of Makawanpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry, young entrepreneur and director of ‘Binay and Bikesh Suppliers’ Bikesh Lal Shrestha has claimed his candidature for the post of member from the commerce side.

Shrestha, who has been running a toy business for years, has also made public his election manifesto with a commitment to work for the rights and interests of industrialists and consumers.

Shrestha, who is preparing for the post of member of the Association for the first time, says that he will work responsibly for the overall welfare of the industrialists and consumers after being elected.

Shrestha said that a bridge needs to be built for the necessary cooperation, collaboration and coordination between the industrialists and the Association and if elected, he would take the initiative.

He has also made public an 8-point declaration with the opinion / suggestions of businessmen.

He wants to reach to the doorsteps of the small and big industrialists to identify their problems and try to solve them as well as stay with the entrepreneurs continuously.

“I will move forward in the wider interest of the Union with the feeling that we are ours and not mine.” I will work hard to ensure business rights, interests and entitlements. At the same time, after being elected, I express my commitment to spend this energetic time in the service of all the businessmen day and night without any discrimination between myself and others, following the guidance of the general businessmen rather than from political beliefs and ideas, “he said.

Saying that hundreds of young people from Makawanpur are flying abroad every day, he plans to take initiative to create employment opportunities in the country by providing them various vocational and entrepreneurial training through the federation.

He said that the help desk should be set up in the Office of Small and Household Industries and Inland Revenue within 365 days to make the Association technology friendly.

He plans to involve small and large entrepreneurs who have not been able to join the association for various reasons, as well as small and large entrepreneurs, and to take initiative to provide basic and special training on tax free to all entrepreneurs, where he also claimed that an atmosphere of interaction would be created with the stakeholders to solve the problems related to the house restoration tax and to hold wide discussions and debates with all parties to bring the prevailing rules related to the house restoration tax to the level of implementation.

Shrestha said that he would take initiative to make the Association responsible and accountable to the industrialists and would also work to ensure the responsibility of the association to the industrialists for which initiatives would be taken to maintain business equality and uniformity make entrepreneurs accountable to consumers, monitor them from time to time and provide assistance suggestions, and end the administrative complexities faced by entrepreneurs.
