Makawanpur: – About 80,000 people have so far been vaccinated against corona virus (Covid-19) infection in 13 districts of Bagmati province under the second phase of the campaign.

According to the Ministry of Social Development of Bagmati, 71,953 people have been vaccinated against corona in the province so far.

According to ministry spokesperson Dr Purushottam Sedhai, 11.48 per cent people were vaccinated against corona in two days on Sunday and Monday under the second phase of the vaccination campaign.

A total of 34,860 people have been vaccinated in the state on the same day.

The number of elderly people vaccinated against corona is encouraging.

The second phase of vaccination campaign in Nepal started on Sunday after Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli were vaccinated.
