Makawanpur: – An interactive program on the situation of women journalists in Makawanpur has been organized by Working Women Journalists (WWJ) Makawanpur in Hetauda. On the occasion of the 111th International Women’s Day, an interaction program is being held at the meeting hall of the Federation of Nepali Journalists, Makawanpur on Sunday.
The program was chaired by Shubhalakshmi Bishwakarma, Vice President of the organization and hosted by Mina Kumari Lama, Deputy Mayor of Hetauda Sub-Metropolis.
Vice President of Federation of Nepali Journalists Bagmati state Sanjana Karki, President of Federation of Nepali Journalists Makawanpur Hari Humagain, Former President Ram Mani Dahal, President of Press Union Makawanpur Kumar Adhikari, President of Media Group Bagmati state Sarita Dahal, Coordinator of Press Organization Makawanpur Anjali Thapa, Another Coordinator of Press Organization Dharmendra Dahal and others had expressed their views.
In the program conducted by the secretary of the organization Bhavana Rijal, Ranjita Dangol, the founding chairperson of Mahila Makawanpur, made a presentation on the condition of women journalists.
