Makawanpur: – The seventh session of the House of Representatives has been adjourned Phalgun-26.

Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota has announced that the meeting has been postponed till Phalgun-26.

The main opposition party Nepali Congress had protested against the ordinance on the Constitutional Council.

When Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Lilanath Shrestha introduced the ordinance on the Constitutional Council, the Congress dignitaries blocked the parliament by chanting slogans.

After entering the regular agenda, Prachanda-Madhav faction also walked out of the meeting room objecting the meeting.

The Congress MPs expressed that they could not support the ordinance brought by the government against the constitution.
