Foundation stone of ‘Mayur Dhap Industrial Area’ is to be laid on Phalgun-14
Makawanpur: – The Foundation stone of ‘Mayurdhap Industrial Area’ is scheduled to be laid on Phalgun-14 established in Hetauda Sub-metropolis ward No.13 and 14 of Makawanpur.
For the ‘Mayurdhap Industrial Area’ federal government has provided 199 Bighas and 17 Katha for the Industrial Area. Within the Mayurdhap Industrial Area, project office has been established since Kartik-5 of 2075 BS, according to Hetauda Industrial Area.
In each plots 7 to 14 Ropani of land has been divided in each plot where there are total 62 industrial plots in the premises of Industrial area.
Similarly, 250 Ropani of land has been provided to the Department of Security Printing as per the decision of the federal government, said Area manager of Hetauda Industrial Area, Rajendra Prasad Kandel.
According to him, for the construction of infrastructure as per the mentioned DPR, about Rs. 7 Arba, 2 Crore and 34 Lakhs will be invested by the government.
Due to the establishment of the Industrial Area, it has been expected that about 20,000 people will get the opportunities of Employment directly or indirectly.
Rajendra Shrestha, information officer of Hetauda Industrial Area said that the federal government has recently registered the land in the name of the industrial area, prepared documents and transferred the ownership of the land to the industry. The work of compound has been also done in the land of industrial area.
