Makawanpur: – Students close to the Janata Samaj Party have staged protest in the capital Kathmandu today against the increase in the price of petroleum products.

Banging plates and spoons, the students staged a demonstration chanting slogans such as “reactionary government is dead” and “return the price of petroleum products”.

In the protest organized by the Socialist Students Union, they had protested against the government by placing gas cylinders in the streets.
