536 people received services from the social service unit of Hetauda Hospital
Makawanpur: – The Social Service Unit of Hetauda Hospital has provided services to 536 people in the first seven months of the current fiscal year. According to Rina Rana, facilitator of the social service unit, 304 men and 232 women consumed the services of the unit.
Among the visitors, 139 people from emergency room and 224 people in OPD received services through the social service unit.
Moreover, the beneficiaries of the social service unit are 184 poor, 50 helpless, 11 disabled, 36 victims of sexual violence, one malnourished, nine detained by the police and 12 marginalized and endangered tribes.
The services worth of Rs 5 Lakhs 70 thousands and 885 has been provided through the social service unit in the current Fiscal Year.
The patients had bear Rs 170,200 for their treatment and in order to include more peoples efforts are being made to facilitate the needy, helpless, marginalized and violence victims who come to visit the Hospital for the treatment.
