Makawanpur: – The Tribhuvan Highway, which was blocked due to snowfall, has come into operation. The road leading to Simbhanjyang under Tribhuvan Highway was blocked due to snowfall on Saturday and Sunday morning.

According to the District Police Office, Makawanpur, the transport service from Hetauda to Kathmandu has been resumed from 12:30 in the afternoon.

According to the Palung Area Police, the service to Hetauda-Kathmandu had been disrupted due to light snowfall on the highway since 2 am this morning.

Spokesperson of the District Police Office, Deputy Superintendent of Police Indra Bahadur Rana said that soil was spread in some places of Simbhanjyang and Aghor roads of Tribhuvan Highway and the snow melted due to the afternoon sunlight.
