Makawanpur: – Makawanpur Police have arrested a youth from Hetauda. According to the District Police Office, Makawanpur, a youth was arrested with a sharp weapon from Simachowk in Hetauda on Thursday.
Police have arrested Dilip Mahat, 21, of Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan Ward No. 5 with a sharp weapon.
According to police, the Prachanda-Nepal faction arrested him while he was carrying a sharp weapon (khukuri) in the crowd of protesters called by the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN).
Indra Bahadur Rana, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Makawanpur, informed that necessary investigation and legal action is being taken against him.
