Makawanpur: – Police have arrested a youth from Hetauda with illegal drugs from Birgunj. The arrested has been identified as Sajat Thing, 25, of Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan Ward No. 12.

Thing, who was coming towards Birgunj from Rakhsaul on a scooter ( Na-25-Pa 4216), was apprehended by a police team deployed from Police Post Inarwa. He was arrested from 16 Rajat Jayanti Chowk.

According to the District Police Office, Parsa, 100 bottles of Wings Biotech Unrex each 100 ml, 156 ampoules including Nufin, Fenargan, Dizopam and 456 ampoules and 30 tablets of Nitrovet were recovered from Thing.

Police have also arrested Prem Hajra, 30, of Hariharpur Birta in Kalikamai Gaupalika-3 along with Thing.

According to the police, the arrested are being investigated and legal action is being taken against them.
