Makawanpur. Warm clothes and educational materials have been provided to 35 very poor students of ‘Jyoti Primary School in Makawanpurgadhi-5’ of Makawanpur district. At the initiative of journalist Amar Lama, the students were provided with sweaters, shoes, toes, educational materials and toys.

Lama arrived at the school today and handed over warm clothes and educational materials to the needy students during the winter with the help of remittances sent by Nepalese living in Korea, Germany, Portugal and Korea.

Materials were distributed to the students in the presence of school management committee chairperson and member of ward No. 5 Shukram Thing, school Principal Karuna Bista, Engineer Sanjay Lopchan, Bhushan Ghalan, school teachers and parents.

Lama engaged in Radio and Online, Speaking on Radio Thaha Sanchar Hetauda and Onlinepatra.com, he expressed happiness over his initiative to help the needy students for their studies and said that he would continue the search for donors in the days to come.
