Makawanpur. The second annual general meeting of the Educational Assistance Renewable Fund, Makawanpur has been concluded. A general meeting was held on Friday under the chairmanship of Raghunath Khulal, chairman of the organization and head of the District Coordination Committee, Makawanpur.

The general assembly has passed the institutional and financial report of the organization and also approved the working procedure related to the scholarship prepared for distribution from this year.

Secretary Badri Pathak and Treasurer Ram Krishna Thapa presented the financial report at the meeting.

The assembly has decided to distribute scholarships from all the Rs 85,000 in the savings fund of the organization to all 10 local levels of the district this year as per the working procedures of the organization.

The fund, which started in Bhadra last year, has so far 93 members including 7 institutional members, 6 special members, 61 life members, 1 family member and 18 general members.

The organization has so far accumulated Rs. 1,045,668 for membership.
