Makawanpur. Cannabis cultivation has been destroyed in 20 Bighas of different wards of Kailash village municipality of Makawanpur.

Makawanpur Police on Thursday destroyed 20 Bighas of cannabis planted in different places including Kokothlitar, Fastar and Kunile in Ward No. 3 and 8 of Kailash Municipality.

A 70-member joint police team from Bagmati State Police Office, Police Battalion Ratomate and Riot Control Police Battalion under the command of Deputy Superintendent of Police Indra Bahadur Rana of District Police Office Makwanpur destroyed the drug cannabis.
