Makawanpur. The District Police Office, Makawanpur has arrested two persons from Hetauda on different dates. Among the arrested are Sujit Lama, 29, of Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan Ward No. 1 and Unique Lama, 22, of Hetauda Sub-metropolitan Ward No. 10.

Defendant Sujit of Hetauda-1, who is absconding after being sentenced to 10 months and 17 days in a drug heroin case, was arrested by the District Court, Makwanpur on Magh 4.

He was arrested from Chaukitol in Hetauda Sub-metropolitan Ward No. 1 of the district and sent to Makawanpur District Court for imprisonment and payment of fine, according to Makawanpur Police.

Similarly, police arrested Unique Lama of Hetauda-10 from Hetauda-4 on Tuesday. He was sentenced to two months imprisonment and fined Rs. 2,000 by the District Court of Makawanpur on Shrawan-25 of 2073 Bs.. He has also been arrested and sent to the district court in Makawanpur for imprisonment and payment of fine, police said.

Police informed that necessary investigation and legal action is being taken in both the incidents.
