Makawanpur: – Rajesh Bhetawal has been elected as the Chairperson of ‘Bastipur Jaycees Handikhola’ for the year of 2021 AD.

In the election held on Saturday, he had been nominated as the Chairperson defending his opposition candidate Prakash Thokar with 25 more votes. Bhetawal had obtained 62 votes whereas Thokar had only 37 in the election.

Similarly, for the post of Executive-chairperson, Aakash Pathak and Tej Prasad Upreti (Ramesh) had been elected. Pathak with 83 votes and Upreti with 62 votes had been nominated for their respective posts.

Election Commissioner Sunil Adhikari said that Ram Chandra Dahal, Mahendra Rana Magar, Shri Krishna Dhakal and Thahar Nepal Shakar were elected unopposed. 99 out of 100 members of JCI had casted their votes for the posts of Chairperson and Executive-chairperson.
