Makawanpur. The family of Sanjog Chaulagain, a child suffering from kidney failure in Makawanpur, has requested for financial assistance.

Chaulagain, 18, a resident of Makawanpurgadhi Gaupalika Wada No. 6 of Makawanpur, has been requested by his family to provide financial support for his treatment.

Chaulagain is the son of Ram Bahadur Chaulagain and Bhakta Kumari Chaulagain. Sanjog had been suffering from urinary problem since he was 3 years old.

According to mother Bhakta Kumari Chaulagain, one of the kidney stopped functioning at the age of seven and other kidney failed. She said that she has spent Rs. 5,00,000  for her son’s treatment so far.

They have been living in someone else’s house and land as they have not been able to get treatment for their son even after selling the house and land. He is  in a situation where he has to take support  of sticks even for normal walking.

His mother said that they could not even afford cost of medicine because of financial crisis. The Chaulagain family has requested for financial assistance for their son’s treatment.
