Makawanpur. Bastipur Jaycees Handikhola week is over. JCI’s week was celebrated by organizing various  programs. A JCI’s week closing and award distribution program was organized at Bastipur, Hetauda 19 on Friday morning.

Under JCI week 2020, food was distributed at creative Orphans Primary School, distribution of health items including masks and sanitizers at Bhojsiddha Secondary School in Manahari (5 Bastipur), information board was handed over to Lewat Station and awareness board was handed over to Arniko Secondary School in Hetauda(19 Newarpani).

Similarly, a legal awareness program was organized though zoom and  warm clothes were distributed at Srijana Primary School in Manahari-4  Upper masine.

The program was coordinated by the program coordinator Prakash Lama Thokar and Chaired by Jaycees Subedi, Chairman of JCIs.

Chief Guest Bista said that they are ready to do social work with the leadership and personality development of the youth in Collaboration with Bastipur JCIs.

Similarly, Wada No.19 Chairman Narnath Subedi Nawaraj mentioned that JCI has made a development partner in his Wada. Former Chairman Dipendra Kumar Bartaula, chairperson advisor Rishi KV, Nirmal Multipurpose Campus Chairperson Bishnu Hari Pandit, main program coordinator Rabin Dhakal and other expressed their views at the program.

The main event coordinator Dhakal distributed tokens of love to the event coordinators. Pampha Rokka received the ‘Best Program Coordinator Award’. Chairman Subedi admitted that he could not do much work during his tenure due to Corona and recalled that cash was transferred to the local level of his jurisdiction during corona tenure.

 

The event was attended by the outgoing chairman of JCI Sunil Adhikari, former chairperson Binod Kumar Bartaula, Basanta Sitaula and other prominent representatives of various organizations.
