Makawanpur: – CPN-UML has handed over responsibility of in-charge of Makawanpur to Rameshwar Rana.

A meeting of the organizing committee of the 10th National General Convention of the CPN-UML has handed over the responsibility of Makawanpur to Rana.

Rana, who was earlier the co-incharge of Makawanpur, has been promoted as the in-charge by the meeting of the General Convention Organizing Committee held today.

Earlier, Birodh Khatiwada, a member of the House of Representatives and leader of the CPN-UML Nepal Khanal faction, was in charge of Makawanpur.

The meeting of the General Convention Organizing Committee has snatched Khatiwada’s post and appointed Rana in-charge.

Along with the decision, Khatiwada’s position in the CPN-UML is only as a central committee member.
