Makawanpur: – Compared to last year the number of suicides, murder and rape and witchcraft cases have been decreased in Bagmati this year as compared to last year.

According to the Bagmati State Police Office, the number of cases of suicide, murder, rape and witchcraft has decreased in the state.

Similarly, the incidence of murder, incitement to suicide, vehicle death, vehicle mutilation, organized crime, drugs, fraud, incidents against peace and security, child marriage and polygamy, human trafficking and forced labor industry has decreased in the state, according to the State Police Office, Hetauda.

There were 70 incidents of duty deaths in the state last year and this year there have been 65 incidents.

Similarly, there were 248 incidents of rape in Bagmati last year but this year the number has increased to 307.

Similarly, 12 cases of suicide and incitement, 1,099 cases of suicide, 240 cases of vehicle murder, 22 cases of vehicle mutilation, 1 case of organized crime, 214 cases of drug trafficking, 38 cases of fraud and 100 cases of killing industry had been registered in different districts of the state this year. There have been 10 cases, 657 cases against Peace and Security, 85 cases of child marriage and polygamy, 12 cases of witchcraft, 6 cases of human trafficking and 89 cases of forced labor have been registered.
