Corona’s chronic illness is on the rise
Kathmandu:- The number of patients suffering from corona in various hospitals in the capital has started increasing. Doctors have pointed out that the risk of corona has increased as the number of critically ill patients has increased. As per the details, 18 people have been admitted to the ICU of Shukraraj Tropical and Communicable Diseases Hospital. Of those admitted, 14 have pneumonia and are in need of oxygen. Six of them are in critical condition.
Similarly, 22 patients have been admitted to TU Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj. They are all in need of oxygen. Five corona infected people have been admitted to Bir Hospital. Two of them are in ICU.
According to doctors, children under the age of 18 are also among those admitted. Earlier, older people used to come from Corona in critical condition, but now young people have also been admitted in critical condition. A new variant of the UK corona has been seen in many of the infected. There is news in today’s Nagarik daily.
