Makawanpur: – A couple has died due to electric shocks in Hetauda of Makawanpur district.

The deceased have been identified as Samir Pakhrin, 35, of Hetauda Sub-metropolitan Ward No. 9, Shantichowk and his wife Ansu Pakhrin, 30, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Jayeshwar Rimal of District Police Office, Makawanpur.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Rimal, the Pakhrin couple was seriously injured when they were electrocuted while trying to lift the wire hanging from the meter box of their house with an iron rod at 9 am.

The injured were died during their treatment at Hetauda Hospital and Body have been kept at the hospital.
