Makawanpur: – District Police Office, Makawanpur has arrested three absconding defendants in various cases. Police have arrested three persons including two absconding in a check dishonor case and one absconding defendant of vehicle murder case.

The arrested have been identified as Bhavani Rana Tamang, 37, of Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan Ward No. 1, Pinky Pandey Shrestha, 37, of Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan Ward No. 8 and Gyanendra Deula, 30, of the same place, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Indra Bahadur Rana.

Tamang, according to the decision of Makawanpur district of Poush-27, 2076, who is yet to pay the fine on the check dishonor case, was arrested from Hetauda-1 on Sunday.

Similarly, according to the police, Shrestha of Hetauda-8 is yet to pay the charge on check disrespect case was arrested by the Makawanpur District Court on Poush 10, 2074.

Similarly, the Makawanpur District Court has arrested Gyanendra Deula from Hetauda-8 for absconding while he was yet to pay the fine in the vehicle murder case according to the decision of district  court of Shrawan-6, 2073 BS.

All the arrested defendants have been produced before the district court to pay the remaining fines.
