Kathmandu:- Police have arrested a man for robbing a gold chain and ladies bag in Itahari of Sunsari district.

Biju Mote, 30, of Damak in Jhapa has been arrested by the police from Itarhi Sub-Metropolis-6.

According to the police, Biju, who was staying in Kerabari Gaupalika-9 of Morang, had been terrorizing in Itahari.

He targeted the woman returning home after closing the shop and looted her chains and bags. According to police, he robbed the women and ran on the motorcycle ( Ko-8-pa 1236).

He had looted at 7 different places of Itahari after the month of Poush fo 2077.

Biju, who was walking alone on a motorcycle, was arrested by the Area Police Office, Itahari after a long surveillance. Police have stated that they are investigating the theft case against him.
