Counterfeit-genuine note separating machine is being brought to Nepal
Kathmandu:- Nepal Rastra Bank is preparing to bring a machine to separate counterfeit and genuine notes from the UK. NRB is preparing to bring a machine for testing notes worth Rs 11 Lakhs, 57 thousands and 299 US Dollar.
NRB has stated that it is going to bring the machine from Processing Solutions Limited of UK. The same company had bid at the lowest price.
According to today’s exchange rate bid by this company, the Nepali rupee 13 Crore, 77 Lakhs and 7 thousands will be spent on the machine and is to be imported from the UK.
