Makawanpur: – Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that the death of leader Navindra Raj Joshi has lost a leader who had the ability to lead the party. He said this at a tribute meeting held at the party office, Sanepa, on the 13th death anniversary of Joshi.
Deuba said that the work done by the late Joshi when he was a minister in the party and government is exemplary. He said that the late leader Joshi had the ability to lead the party and the death of Joshi led to the loss of the party leader. On another occasion, party president Deuba said that there is no dispute within the party. Contradicting the speeches made by the leaders at various public events saying that the party was in crisis, Deuba said that the party was never in crisis. He urged the party leaders and cadres not to weaken themselves.
He said – ‘There is no matter to be confuse. The Nepali Congress was not in crisis yesterday, nor is it today. Not even tomorrow. The Nepali Congress has a historic responsibility and role. We are all fulfilling our responsibilities. We have both won and lost many times. That’s why we don’t have to demoralize. There is no need to be weakened. Therefore, our party is not in crisis.’ ‘This news is in today’s Nepal Samacharpatra.
