Makawanpur: – Fruits and edible items have been distributed in various Ashrams of Makawanpur on the occasion of Co-operative Day.

Edible items were distributed at three ashrams in Hetauda on Thursday organized by the 64th National Cooperative Day Bagmati State Level Main Ceremony Committee 2077 BS.

According to the main function committee, checks worth Rs 10,000 have been handed over to Shrimadbhagavat Gyan Sanchar Old Age Home, Hetauda-17, Dibyaseva Niketan Senior Citizens’ Shelter, Hetauda-15 and Om Old Age Home, Hetauda-1.

Narayan Prasad Devkota, Coordinator of Bagmati Pradesh Main Ceremony Committee, Matina Joshi Baidh, Secretary, Ministry of Land Management and Cooperatives, Bikram Prasad Pandey, Registrar of Cooperatives, Tika Ballabh Sapkota, Vice President of Bagmati Dairy Development Board, Kalpana Shrestha, President of District Savings Association Makwanpur, District Chairman of Multipurpose Cooperative Union Makwanpur Ram Hari Neupane, Chairman of District Dairy Cooperative Union Makwanpur Basudev Adhikari, Manager of District Cooperative Union Makwanpur Gobind Dahal, Chairman of District Youth Committee and Program Coordinator of Makawanpur District Cooperative Union Shibhari Dahal were present on the ceremony.
