Makawanpur: – Nepal Teachers Federation Municipal Committee, Hetauda has handed over a letter of attention to Mayor of Hetauda Sub-metropolis Hari Bahadur Mahat.
A letter of attention has been handed over to Mayor Mahat saying that the salaries of the teachers and staffs working in the schools within the Hetauda Sub-metropolis have not been paid on time.
Though other local levels of Makawanpur have already released the salaries and allowances of teachers and staff on a monthly basis, the sub-metropolitan government has been ignoring them in this regard.
Expressing strong objection to the irresponsible work of Hetauda sub-metropolis, the committee has demanded the sub-metropolis to immediately release the salaries and allowances of all the teachers and staff and make arrangements for the monthly remuneration of all the teachers and staff in the coming days.
The letter was handed over in the presence of Secretary Raju Gautam, Deepak Adhikari, Municipal President of Nepal Teachers Federation, Hemlal Ghimire, Co-President, Amit Banjara, Secretary, Shree Ram Dahal, District President of Nepal National Teachers Association, Mukunda Neupane, Municipal President, Gopiraman Pyakurel, Krishna Khanal, Unified All Nepal Teachers Association, Krishna Khanal, and District President of Nepal Teachers Federation.
