President Bhandari leaving for Bangladesh today
Makawanpur: – President Bidhyadevi Bhandari is leaving for Bangladesh on Monday. President Bhandari is scheduled to pay a two-day state visit to Bangladesh today.
President Bhandari is scheduled to leave for Bangladesh on Monday morning at the friendly invitation of Bangladesh President Mohammad Abdul Hamid.
President Bhandari is scheduled to depart from Tribhuvan International Airport for Dhaka on a narrow body A320 aircraft of the national flag carrier Nepal Airlines Corporation (Nepal Airlines).
During the visit, President Bhandari and his Bangladeshi counterpart Hamid will hold talks and other programs, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the President’s visit, four agreements will be signed between Nepal and Bangladesh. A memorandum of understanding will be signed on tourism promotion, exchange of cultural assistance, operation of Rohanpur-Sinhabad railway route, sanitation related to livestock. Similarly, there is a program to sign an agreement to amend the transit agreement.
