Annual meeting of ‘Narayani Sangh’ held in Hetauda

Makawanpur: – The second annual general meeting of the old Narayani Transport Entrepreneurs Company and the third annual general meeting of the Narayani Association of Hetauda has been concluded.

The general assembly was held on Saturday under the chief hospitality of Hiralal Shrestha, chairman of the company and association, and Indra Bahadur Baniya, leader of the Nepali Congress Bagmati State parliamentary party.

Addressing the gathering, the chief guest Baniya accused Narayani Transport Entrepreneur of creating problems by making a policy of going to the company. Stating that the policy was wrong, he said that the compulsory situation of registering with a transport business company will end soon.

Stating that the government is busy talking more than work, he said that the policy has been made against the interest of the entrepreneurs and some of them were on the verge of fleeing.

He said that the work of renewal, revenue and route permit of freight vehicles was very cumbersome, adding that the government should immediately revoke the route permit and extend the time period for revenue and renewal.

Similarly, Munu Sigdel, Prem Bahadur Pulami and Om Glan, Raghunath Khulal, Chief of District Coordination Committee, Makawanpur, Bhagwati Pudasaini, Deputy Chief, Labser Bisht, Deputy Chief of Thahanagar, Mina Kumari Lama, and Deputy Chief of Hetauda Sub-metropolitan, Govinda Rijal and others addressed the gathering where they had expressed their words.

Chairman of the Association and Company Hiralal Shrestha presented the report of the Chairman and Director of the Association Saroj Kumar Khanal presented the annual report.

Founded under the Institution Registration Act 2034 BS, the Government of Nepal amended the Transport Management Procedure Guideline in 2074 BS. The work was started by formally registering the company under the modified name.
