Makawanpur: – It has been six months since the Bagmati Police Office, Hetauda, has been collecting complaints and suggestions at all 98 local levels in the province.
According to the State Police Office, Hetauda, 22 opinions and suggestions have been received through the boxes since last Ashoj.
In the complaint box, the citizens will be able to put their grievances regarding the work of the police office and the police personnel as well as the expectations and advice kept with the police.
According to the office, any complaints or suggestions which might not relate to the police will be forwarded to the concerned agencies for implementation.
The grievance and suggestion collection box, which has been started with a phased plan to be set up to each ward office, is opened in the presence of local level representatives on the 1st of every month.
Senior Superintendent of Police Mira Chaudhary informed that the complaints and suggestions received in the complaint boxes at the local level have been brought to the Bagmati Provincial Police Office and implemented. Police is collecting information from the citizens through the use of technology including telephone and email to give their opinions and suggestions.
