Makawanpur: – The Thaha Municipality of Makawanpur has distributed relief money to the families of those who died of corona virus (Covid-19) infection.

According to the policy and program of the Fiscal Year 2077/78, the relief amount of Rs 1 Lakh each will be provided to the family of the patients who died due to Corona virus.

According to the municipality, five people have lost their lives so far due to corona infection in Thaha Nagar. The deceased have been identified as 77-year-old man of Thaha Municipality-2, 33-year-old man of Thaha-3, 51-year-old man of Thaha-4, 76-year-old man of Thaha-6 and 48-year-old man of Thaha-10.

Mayor Lavsher Bista and Chief of Administration Division Ajit Ghimire handed over a check of Rs 100,000 to the families of the victims.
