Makawanpur: – A person from Makawanpur has died after being hit by a tipper in Dakshinkali Municipality-6 of Kathmandu.

The deceased has been identified as Santlal Lumba, 35, of Bhimphedi Village Municipality-8, Makawanpur.

According to the police, the tipper (Ba 2 Ka 4553) left heading toward pharping from Namchekhani on Thursday evening had hit Lumba. He died at Nepal Medicity Hospital at around 9:45 last night.

Police have taken the tipper and its driver under control and are conducting necessary investigation about the incident.
