Supreme Court’s decision to restore House of Representative
Makawanpur: – The Supreme Court has canceled the Dissolution of House of Representative.
A constitutional bench of Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jabra, Justices Vishwambhar Prasad Shrestha, Anil Kumar Sinha, Sapna Pradhan Malla and Tej Bahadur KC has ruled that the dissolution of Parliament by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli will be annulled and will be restored.
