Makawanpur: – District Police Office, Makawanpur has arrested two youths from Hetauda with illegal drugs, cannabis.

The arrested have been identified as Nawaraj Thing, 21, of Palase, Raksirang Gaupalika ward No.1 of Makawanpur and Baburam Thokar, 20, of the same place, informed Indra Bahaudr Rana, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Makawanpur.

They were arrested with 25 Kg of Cannabis by a special team deployed from the District Police Office, Makawanpur, last night from East-West Highway at Hetauda Sub-metropolitan ward No.11, Nawalpur.

According to the Police, while examining an auto (Na-1-Ha 7236) heading toward Hetauda from Newarpani last night such huge amount of cannabis was recovered from 4 red bags hid under the seat of the auto.  After the incident they are arrested.

As information provided, the arrested Nawaraj Thing was the driver and Baburam Thokar was the traveler and against them the legal actions are being taken.
