Makawanpur: – Rohani Housing and Developers has handed over the community building constructed in Hetauda Sub-metropolitan Ward No. 6, Chaughda to Hetauda Sub-metropolis in a program.

Chairman of Rohani Housing Dhruva Prasad Ghimire handed over the key to Mayor Hari Bahadur Mahat after the inauguration of the building. The transferred community building has come under the office of Ward No. 6 from today.

Mayor Mahat said that the building complex, which falls within the plotting area designed by the housing company, has facilities including playground, temple, open gymnasium and badminton court for children.

Kamal Mainali, a member of the housing company, said that the building was constructed with an investment of Rs. 2 million and a 3 Katha and 17 Dhur land as a public space for those living in the plot.

Addressing the inauguration program, Mayor Mahat said that the demarcation has been stopped and as per the report of the Land Revenue, Survey and Agriculture Offices, the demarcation will be reopened only in the areas where there is no cultivable land.

Chairman of Ward No. 6 Arjun Prasad Chaulagain, Chairman of Makawanpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Krishna Katuwal and others addressed the program.
