Makawanpur: – Mahendra Raut, former general secretary of ‘Chamber of Commerce and Industry Makawanpur’ and leader of industrialists and businessmen, has claimed that he will run for the post of president in the upcoming election of the association.

In a brief conversation with TuKhabar, Raut said that his candidature would be in the upcoming election even if it will be for the respect of the voters and the votes he received in the previous election.

‘My business friends voted overwhelmingly for me, believing that Mahendra Raut  will works for the overall business interest, but I could not win due to technical reasons. Respecting the votes and trust of my constituents, I will run in the next election with more preparations,”he said.

“On the day I lost the last election, I promised my business friends that I would run again I also used to visit them frequently. This time I am still excited and preparing. He added.

In the question ” There are many aspirants and voters are confused?” he replied it is natural for a competent person to express aspirations.

“They are all capable of running office. It is natural for them to express aspirations. However, until the election is done, it is not sure about the names that are being discussed now will become the candidates. Many support the will of the electorate and my diligence. I will take care of that,”he said.

I appeal to all parties to help me. I set the election agenda by understanding the problems of the voters, discussing and consulting with them. A person who carries everyone’s agenda and gets involved in the election has confidence. There is no fear of defeat but this time there is no excuse to lose,”he said.

The association has announced the general assembly on 23 and the election schedule on 23 of Chaitra.
