Kathmandu: – The Nepali Congress seems ready to take the lead in the movement for the defense of democracy and the constitution. However, the Congress has said that the agitation will be with the party and not with the individual.

After the Prachanda-Madhav faction of the CPN proposed a joint movement to the Congress from an open meeting on Wednesday, the Congress said it is ready to lead the movement for the defense of the constitution and democracy. Senior Congress leader Ram Chandra Paudel said that the party is ready to lead the movement for the defense of the constitution and democracy.

“Congress took the lead in defending the constitution in 2046 BS and 2062/63 BS. However, it is ready to lead the movement for the defense of the constitution and democracy,” Paudel told Rajdhani.

The Congress has been calling the decision to dissolve the House of Representatives an unconstitutional and undemocratic step since the Central Committee meeting.
