Educational materials assistances to ‘Tensurang Basic School’

Makawanpur– The ‘Seven Senses Group’ has provided educational materials to ‘Tensurang Basic School’ in Raksirang Village Municipality, Ward No. 9 which is lagging behind due to lack of educational materials.

Deepesh Joshi, Basanta Kapraula, Gokarna Subedi, Bijnan Rimal, Ramesh Kafle, Saroj Gahatraj, Sujan Dhakal, Rohit Shahi, Harisharma Lamichhane, Jeevan Dhakal, Lal Bahadur Paudel and other young entrepreneurs provided educational materials to the school on Tuesday. Students studying in the school were given sweaters, hats, bags, copies, 4 white boards to school principal Ram Narayan Dhakal by the group.

Dipesh Joshi, a member of the group, informed that the educational materials worth Rs 1 Lakh has been provided in order to develop the reading skills of the students studying in the school, we have helped the school with 3 sets of books for classes 1 to 3,”said Joshi. “One set of books can hold about 50 books.”The students organized the painting program and made various pictures.

We have provided educational materials for the purpose of making some contribution to the society. We will provide educational materials to different schools in Makwanpur every month,”said Basanta Kapraula, another member of the group. Ram Narayan Dhakal, principal of Tensurang School, said that the school is being run with the help of various donor agencies as the educational condition of the school is weak. He complained that the local level only distributes salaries to the employees but does not provide any assistance in educational materials. Dhakal informed that about 63 students are studying in the school where teaching learning process are being done from level 1 to 3.
