Makawanpur: – Makawanpur District Court has decided over 8 different cases on Monday. Out of the 29 cases scheduled for Monday, eights have been decided, orders  have been issued for the remaining 11 cases hearing and 10 cases have been postponed.

The hearing of nine cases was adjourned in the bench of Justice Dilliratna Shrestha on Monday. Judge Shrestha has been on home leave for two days since Sunday.

Out of the six cases fixed in the bench of Judge Kamal Bista, two cases have been decided and orders have been issued in four cases. In the bench of Justice Manoj Shrestha, out of four cases, one case has been decided and three cases have been ordered.

Similarly, the District Court of Makawanpur has stated that out of 10 cases filed in the bench of Judge Sita Sharma Adhikari, five cases have been decided, four cases have been ordered and one case has been adjourned.

According to court judge Bhattarai, 24 cases have been fixed for hearing in the district court in Makawanpur on Tuesday.
