3rd General Meeting of ‘Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs Association’ held in Hetauda

Makawanpur: – The third general meeting of the ‘Makawanpur Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs Association’ was held in Hetauda on Saturday which was hosted by Manikaratna Shakya, President of Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs and Keshav Rasaili, President of Makawanpur Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs Association.

DS Ratna Shakya, Second Vice President of the Federation of Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs, Premlal Maharjan, Central President of the National Consumers Forum and Jyotiratna Bajracharya, President of the Federation of Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs of Nepal, Bagmati were present on the occasion as special guests.

Vice President of Makawanpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Krishna Agrawal, Advisor of Makawanpur Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs Association Purna Shakya, Central Member of Nepal Navratna Entrepreneurs Association Gokarna Neupane and others expressed their views at the program.

Central member of the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs Suvin Bajracharya, Makawanpur President of the National Consumers Forum Nandaratna Sthapit, Advisor of the Makawanpur Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs Association Pawan Shakya, outgoing General Secretary of the Makawanpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mahendra Raut and others were present on the occasion.

There are 146 active members of ‘Makawanpur Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs Association’ formed in 2053 BS.

Various personalities who helped in the development of the gold and silver business and the association were honored at the event.

Although the number of members of the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs has increased to about 8,000, the daily quota of gold has been fixed at 10 kg, which has seriously affected the country’s economy and professional development, according to the federation.
