Makawanpur. The Supreme Court has demanded information published in the ‘Rajpatra’ regarding the dissolution of Parliament.

Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jabra has demanded the notice published in the ‘Rajpatra’ that the recommendation of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli to dissolve the parliament has been approved by the President.

Earlier, advocates Omprakash Aryal and Tikaram Bhattarai had told the bench that they were not aware of the notice published on ‘Rajpatra’ about PM’s recommendation to dissolve the parliament and approved by the President.
