Makawanpur. The Bagmati government has decided to appoint Bimal Pokhrel of Dolakha as the director of the provincial good governance center.

A meeting of the provincial council of ministers on Tuesday decided to appoint Pokhrel as the director for a four-year term, said government spokesperson and Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning Kailash Dhungel.

Similarly, the same cabinet meeting has also decided to give Rs. 5 million to Madan Bhandari Foundation through the Ministry of Social Development.

It has been decided to give money to the foundation to spend on various social works. Similarly, it has been decided to propose federal supplementary and special grant projects and programs, mobilize alternative energy system grant, provide Rs. 24 million for integrated settlement of Dolakha district, and provide conditional grant to the local level of the state, said Minister Dhungel.
