Educational materials to ‘Pashupatinath Secondary’
Makawanpur: – Dress, Bags and Stationery materials have been distributed to the 75 Students as help for education of ‘Pashupatinath Secondary of Manahari-4’, Masine. The materials were distributed in the program organized on Thursday by Manila Bista, Vice-chairperson of Rural Municipality.
The program of ‘Distribution of Educational Materials’ was by ‘ Help and Cooperation for Development’ (HELPCOD) in the presidency of Madhav Gautam, Chairperson of School Management Committee.
Speaking on the occasion, vice-chairperson Bista spoke that the children who come to the school barefoot in the cold months of Push and Magh have received relief with the help of non-governmental organization.
Sheila Devkota, program Coordinator of HELPCOD, said that they are helping more than 150 children in all the three schools of Manahari-4.
The principal of the school, Bhanukbhakta Acharya informed that the HELPCOD is working to form a children’s club in the school, distribute pads including monthly hygiene training and distribute sports materials. The schools has stated that the activity of the children’s club has increased after opening a bank account and depositing money in the account of the children’s club.
