Addressing complaints through Telephone

Makawanpur: – The State Police Office, Hetauda has started addressing the complaints through telephone.

According to the Office, the work of addressing the complaints has been started through telephone with the objective of making the police personnel working under the state professionally, responsible and creating an environment to perform the assigned responsibilities with morale.

During the program, which started on Mangsir-7, 50 police personnel from different posts have expressed their problems, difficulties, challenges and grievances to the state police chief by telephone at the appointed time.

A spokesperson of the State Police Office, Hetauda, Senior Superintendent of Police Mira Chaudhary said that 15 junior police officers and 35 police constables had lodged their complaints over the telephone.

Most of the complaining Police personnel had complained that they could not go to the respective posts as they were transferred out of the state.

Police personnel can contact the office of the Chief of Police at 9855084444 within the allocated time to lodge their complaints.
