Makawanpur: – Out of the total Corona cases in Bagmati, 95% patients got recovered from the infection. At present, only 5,726 people are being treated for corona infection. In the state, 1,37,844 have been tested positive till now.

According to Dr. Purushottam Sedhai, spokesperson of the Ministry of Social Development of Bagmati State, 95% of infected have been recovered from Covid-19.

More than half of the total corona infections seen in Nepal have been reported in this state alone. He said 882 people died in the state due to Covid-19.

In Bagmati, 419 people were infected with the corona infection in a single day yesterday. Along with returning from abroad, corona has been seen in those living in Nepal.

About 5% of those infected are being treated. Corona infections are now more prevalent in the local community. Health workers and security personnel have also been affected by the Corona infection.

Most of the confirmed cases of Corona Virus infection in Nepal have appeared in Bagmati state compared to other states.
